In the first day of my teaching practice phase II, we sign the register and went to the area assigned to us. Since this was the Second Phase we had new mentor teachers and new students. So we met the respective teachers. In the first period the teacher introduced to me to the new students in the class. I interacted with them, ask their names and go to know the better. Instead of  the class, we had substitution duties and other duties in the school. In the evening, new headmaster was charged. So the day was memorable, because on the second phase we had new headmaster, mentor teacher and students.   On the second day of the school internship 2, we have reached the school at 9:00 a.m. and signed the attendance register. It was the first day we signing the registere infront of the new headmaster. The innovative work was conducted in the last day of the teaching Phase 1 (20/11/24). The innovative work which helped the students understand the topic quickly I had chosen ecosystem as the topic and my innovative teaching methods sparked curiosity and interested in the students. I included the types of Ecosystem like ocean ecosystem, forest ecosystem, desert ecosystem and tundra ecosystem. I have given chance to understand the model and gave the time to reflect it. I provided games and helped to provide curiosity among students.   

 This is the last week last week of the teaching Phase 1. On the 30th day I taken the class Food Chain and Food web and the trophic level. Food Chain and food web is a ICT model lesson plan.  On the 39 the day, I conducted an achievement test based on two lessons I had previously taught. I had instructed the students bring the necessary materials for the test I read out the instructions and questions ensuring that the students understood them and encouraged them to attempt all the questions.  On the 40 day of the teaching Phase 1, the final day of the teaching phase II. I arrived at the school with a mix of happiness for completing the phase successfully and sadness at having to part with the students. AWARENESS ON GENDER UNIFORMITY Members :Adhithya Devi S(Natural science ) Staphy Thomas (Physical science ) Venue : SNSMHSS, Elampalloor school classroom    As a part of B. Ed curriculum, we the teacher trainee of SNSMHSS, Elampalloor conducted a conscientization programme on 18 November 2024, on the topic 'AWARENESS ON GENDER UNIFORMITY'. Our group consist of 2 trainees: Staphy Thomas from physical science option and Adhithya Devi S from natural science optional. We delivered the awareness programme through power point presentation and debate session and conducted in the class 8F consisting of 30 students. Thd introductory part was dealed by staphy and it is detail explained about gender uniformity was provided by me. Then we conducted a debate session and summarized the key points and concluded the class . It was a new experience for both the students and teacher trainees.

 This week is so special. Because, on this week  Sub District arts festival was conducted. The festival which begin on Monday which conclude or on Thursday, a four day program.   On the first day of the Sub district arts festival I reached the school early at the 8:45 a.m. and signed the register at the office and begin our assigned duties. Unlike regular days we arrived earlier than usual. Each of us assigned specific task in the morning. My first duty was to print, cut and seal and arrange food coupons in numerical order. This task started at 8:45 a.m. and was completed by 11 a.m. after that I was assign to distribute food coupons at the office, a duty that last at until 2:00 p.m. at 4:30 p.m. we signed out at the register and return home.  On the 34th day the second day of the sub- district arts festival at our school.  On the 28th day during the third period I had a substitution in my own class and new topic named contribution of Charaka, John Re and Carl linnaeus. And on the 6th period I taught another topic- contribution of Aristotle and Theophrastus. On the 29th day I taught a topic- Taxonomic hierarchy and Classification of Animals, classification of plants.  On the 30th day, I taught topic- Binomial Nomenclature and two kingdom classification. Other than the classes I had substitution duties and other duties in the school.  On the 31 day, I taught the topic five kingdom classification and six kingdom classification in the class 8G.   On the 32th day I told the topic virus and identification of new organisms. Students where interest to learn this topic. Identification of new organisms is the last topic in the chapter diversity for sustenance.  Each day I had substitution duties in several classes and on the lunch time I had serving duty for the students to serve food...

 On the twenty fourth day, I had a general observation  scheduled during the second period in the 8G class. I told the topic cultivation without to soil using charts and activity cards to conduct the lesson. After the class I received the positive feedback from my general observation teacher Mr. Harivind B.   On the 25th day,  since there was a strike today there was no regular classes. However due to the own going youth was well if you will students had come for practice. Even though there was no classes the headmaster instructed ask you say at the school until the evening so we remind there until 4:00 p.m.  On the 25th day I conducted a diagnostic test (30/10/24) to identify the portions day found difficult or needed at more clarity on.  On the 27th day, I taught a new topic taxonomy and taxonomic keys, other than the classes, I had substitution duties and other duties are allocated by the school.
